How to get Hexic HD back on Xbox 360 after accidently deleting it

OK so somehow you’ve managed to delete Hexic HD off your Xbox 360, you can just re-download it right?  Wrong! 

 Hexic HD was only available preloaded on a new Xbox 360 or Hard drive and as a result isn’t available to download from the Xbox Live marketplace at all.  So what else can you try? copying it from a friends Xbox? Nope.  Won’t work. I’ve been there buddy but dont worry, after an exhaustive search of the internet I found two ways to get Hexic HD back, one free, one will cost you but both are legal.

Method 1 (Free)

• Contact Xbox support on:

 International (direct dial to U.S.): 425-635-7180

• Tell them that you have accidently deleted Hexic HD from your Xbox. The support representative may not understand what you mean so clarify by pointing out that it’s not on the marketplace to re-download.  They should then be able to give you a code to unlock a Hexic HD download.
• This will often require a few days for them to phone you back.  When they do enter the code in the same place you would a MS Points or Live subscription card. 
• Your download should now be available.  Select Download Now.

Method 2 (800 MS Points)

• Login to xbox.com with the Live ID that’s linked to your console.
• Make sure that you have at least 800 MS Points in your account.  If not, add them now.
• Navigate to this address-   http://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/games/offers/00000001-0000-4000-8000-0000584107d1
• In the Xbox Live Marketplace page for Hexic that appears there should be an option to download the full version of Hexic HD for 800 MS Points. 
• Click Download to Xbox 360

Note: Follow the link exactly don’t change the site to your international site if outside the US.

That’s it! You should now have Hexic HD back on your Xbox 360. Hope you found this guide useful!
